Potty Mouth Pots are not only beautiful and durable, they are also kinder on the environment

All pots are hand made in a way that is kinder to the environment & painted using eco-friendly paints.

​This technique ensures that the product is both lightweight and durable. They are then air-dried, which helps reduce energy consumption during the manufacturing process unlike kiln-baked terracotta and ceramics.

The pots are painted using water-based, low or non VOC, environmentally-friendly but hard-wearing paints.

Premium quality paint that gives the pots surfaces a low reflective finish with a subtle, natural lustre.

Look after your pots

Care & Composition

To clean, simply wipe down with a damp cloth, or for stubborn stains, use warm soapy water. Mild wipes can be used as well for the occasional marks.

Potty Mouth Pots are made out of fibre cement (a mixture of cement, clay and fibres), which is much lighter and stronger than traditional terracotta. However, they can still break, and the paint can mark or chip if struck, so please handle with care.

As they contain clay, they are porous, so always use an internal drip tray to protect surfaces underneath, especially indoors. They are painted using environmentally-friendly, water-based, hard-wearing external Porters Eggshell paints.

You can plant directly into your Potty Mouth Pot. However, where possible, we recommend using an inner container and saucer, which will prolong the finish of your pot & allow you to move your plants around more freely.
